Bread and pasta making class followed by lunch–We will start with Quinn and Tracy Pennea sharing insights and tips on bread baking from decades of professional experience, and then we will get to work making focaccia. While the bread is baking we will make our pasta. At 1:00 we will sit down to a lunch of freshly made bread, pasta, and Ten Barn Farm garlic roasted tomato sauce. You will take home some bread, pasta and a jar of the TBF sauce.
